*Grade-level growth guarantee applies to students enrolled in the Language Arts (ELA) Yearly Program (40 sessions) who: (1) complete DIL's initial diagnostic assessment and a matching post-program assessment, (2) attend at least 90% of scheduled sessions within the enrollment period, and (3) submit at least 90% of assigned practice work between sessions. The growth target is established in the student's enrollment agreement and is measured using the DIL diagnostic, not an external school benchmark. If these conditions are met and the growth target is not reached, DIL will provide up to 3 additional tutoring sessions at no charge. Guarantee excludes students who withdraw before completing the program and periods of non-attendance not attributable to DIL. Applies to the Language Arts (ELA) Yearly Program only.
