*Score-growth guarantee applies to students enrolled in the SAT/ACT Yearly Program (40 sessions) who: (1) complete a documented DIL baseline practice test, (2) attend at least 90% of scheduled sessions, and (3) submit at least 90% of assigned homework and complete all assigned practice tests. The target score increase is set jointly with the family at enrollment, based on the baseline practice test, and documented in the enrollment agreement. The guarantee applies to the student's official SAT or ACT score from the next scheduled test administration following completion of the program, or within 6 months of program completion, whichever comes first. If these conditions are met, the target score increase is not reached, and the official score report is submitted to DIL within 60 days of that test date, DIL will provide up to 2 additional tutoring sessions at no charge. Guarantee excludes students who withdraw before completing the program and periods of non-attendance not attributable to DIL. Applies to the SAT/ACT Yearly Program only.
