*Score-growth guarantee applies to students enrolled in the Yearly Program (40 sessions) who: (1) complete a documented DIL baseline practice test, (2) attend at least 90% of scheduled sessions, and (3) submit at least 90% of assigned homework and complete all assigned practice tests. The target score increase is set jointly with the family at enrollment, based on the baseline practice test and DIL diagnostic, and documented in the enrollment agreement. If these conditions are met and the target score increase is not reached on an official SAT/ACT administration taken within 3 months of program completion, or the next scheduled national test date if none falls within that 3-month window, whichever is later, DIL will provide up to 3 additional tutoring sessions at no charge. Guarantee excludes students who withdraw before completing the program, test administrations missed or cancelled for reasons outside DIL's control, and score changes attributable to testing accommodations not in place at baseline.
